METHOD
Cut the bread into thick slices and put some olive oil on the bread and season. Cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, mix the tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, lemon juice, some olive oil and salt and pepper. Put the mixture on the bread and place a slice of mozzarella on top to finish. Place in the oven or under a hot grill to melt the cheese. Serve whilst hot.
