INGRIEDIENTS

1 pack of feta cheese - crumbled
butter - melted
handful of fresh dill - finely chopped
1 pack of filo pastry
1 pack of spinach
olive oil
flour - to roll the dough
salt and pepper
METHOD
In a pan, cook the spinach in a little oil and salt and pepper for 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the cheese, dill and salt and pepper. Spread a little of the butter onto a layer of filo pastry before placing another layer on top. Put a generous spoonful of the mixture on top and fold to form a triangular shape. Cook in the oven at a medium temperature for 10 minutes
