Eight celebrities give their all in the toughest cooking challenge yet.
Over four nights between 27 and 30 December, Dudley: Pryd o Sêr sets a culinary challenge for a group of celebrities that would make the most experienced chef tremble.
The eight brave stars this year are: Miss Wales 2010, Courtney Hamilton; actor Steffan Rhodri; Siân Lloyd, the news broadcaster; actress Ffion Dafis; presenter Rhodri Ogwen Williams; jockey, Hywel Davies; former AM Eleanor Burnham, and one of the Only Men Aloud boys, Wyn Davies.
Dudley will be scrutinising the eight at every stage of the competition and his hope is to turn them into fantastic cooks.

If you're going to take part in a competition then there's no point being there unless you want to win!

I signed up expecting to be on a cooking show but the challenges went beyond the kitchen, and one challenge gave me the chance toovercome a big fear!
-

Rhodri Ogwen Williams
I used to think that I would like to take on a career working in a kitchen, but that idea is long gone thanks to Dudley's challenges!
-

Hywel Davies
I can cook a Sunday Lunch, and I'm quite good at cooking eggs too. But I don't cope very well under pressure!
-

Ffion Dafis
I'm quite competitive in my own field and always want to do my best, but I never thought I'd get so serious about a cooking challenge!
-

Eleanor Burnham
I am quietly competitive and although the tasks were hard it was nowhere near as hard as working in politics!
-

Courtenay Hamilton
I admit I didn't do much cooking before taking part in the show. My team mates had to be very patient with me!
