Danny, Llinos’ partner, has moved out and is now demanding half of the restaurant’s assets. He has been to see a solicitor.
Eirlys points out that the surgery hasn’t been making much money recently and that they’d be unwise to spend too much now.
Richard and Margaret receive invitations to Dr John and Eirlys’ wedding. Margaret obviously objects to the marriage.
Richard decides to arrange a party to celebrate the ruby wedding anniversary. He asks the Aeron Court Hotel to prepare a celebration for 40. Margaret knows nothing about this.
Manon had told Hywel that she needed an early night and couldn’t see him. But it is obvious that she spent the evening with Dr Steffan Jones.
Llyr is angry that Danny is trying to claim half of his sister’s assets. He tells Danny that he has no right to be staying in the chalet with Myra and gives him until Friday to move out.
Eirlys asks Richard to be best man at her wedding to Dr John.
Margaret forces Dr John to admit that he doesn’t love Eirlys. He is still in love with Margaret but she has been married to Richard, his best friend, for 40 years.
