The three who present Byw yn yr Ardd are Russell Jones, Bethan Gwanas and Sioned Rowlands. They get help every week from experts and people who enjoy gardening.
Bethan is in a garden in Bethesda with Linda Brown in a fitness class.
Iona Lloyd Roberts is the tutor. Iona talks about how to do work in the garden without getting an injury.
