This is the second programme in the new series by Shân Cothi. It’s a music series and with Shân in this programme are Aled Hall and Gary Griffiths.

Shân’s first guest is the tenor, Aled Hall. Aled Hall comes from Pencader, Carmarthenshire and he’s a popular singer. Aled sings the song ‘La Danza’ by Rossini. The words are by Carlo Pepoli.
Shân talks to Aled about his career. Aled talks about the parts he’s played in the opera ‘The Marriage of Figaro’ by Mozart.
Shân’s next guest is the young baritone, Gary Griffiths. Gary Griffiths comes from Pembrey and he went to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Gary sings the song ‘Votre Toast’ from the opera ‘Carmen’ by Bizet.
Shân and Aled finish the programme with the song ‘Wrth Fy Modd  Vienna’. This is the Welsh version of ‘I’m in Love with Vienna’ by Oscar Hammerstein. The song comes from the film ‘The Great Waltz’, a film about Johann Strauss – the father and son.
