This week Dudley goes to the farmers’ market in Dolgellau. The market meets once a month. There are many stalls here. Dudley talks to Mo Ainscough who organises the market.
Dudley goes to the Cwmonnen sheep farm near Llanuwchllyn. The farm is very big and it’s organic. They don’t use fertilizer or chemicals.
Dudley talks to the Thomas family who run the farm. Aranly, the son, looks after the sheep. Maldwyn, the father, prepares the meat and Mags, the mother, runs the catering trailers.
Dudley talks to Maldwyn about the burgers and sausages they make on the farm. Maldwyn has a special recipe for the sausages.

Dudley goes to see Talfryn Bowen in Brompton Cookery School. He makes antipasti for the market and he shows Dudley how to make houmous .
