This week Dudley is going to the Welsh Farmers Market in London. The market is here once a year.
Dudley goes to Billingsgate Fish Market. The market has been here since 1327. They used to sell lots of different things here. Now you can only buy fish here.
Dudley likes the jellied eels they sell at Billingsgate Fish Market. He wants to know whether the people in the market like laver bread and cockles from Wales.
Dudley talks to Deiniol ap Dafydd. Deiniol runs the company ‘Blas ar Fwyd’ in Llanrwst. He’s won lots of awards for his food.
Dudley talks to Elfyn Davies. Elfyn has an organic farm near St Clears. Elfyn makes cheese on the farm and he wants to try making a new cheese – plain cheese with marmalade.
Dudley goes to see the company ‘Kid Me Not’ on Ffynnongrech farm near Llandeilo. There are over 300 goats on the farm. They produce goats cheese here.
Dudley cooks goat meat with a spicy tomato sauce for the people in the market. Will the people like the food?

Dudley talks to Ema Williams Jones. She works on Glasfryn Estate on the Lleyn Peninsula. They farm sheep and cows on the estate.
Dudley also talks to Gwilym Pearce Jones who works as a gamekeeper on Glasfryn Estate. They have around 10,000 pheasants on the estate.
Dudley cooks pigeon with a mango salsa for Gaenor Howells. She lives in London.
