Fferm Ffactor 2011 Voting Rules
The following rules apply to those wishing to register their vote in connection with the programme Fferm Ffactor produced by Cwmni Da ("the Company").
- You must register your vote between 12:00 on 21 June and 12:00 on 19 July 2011 ("the Voting Period"). Votes received outside the Voting Period will not be counted but you may still be charged for attempting to cast your vote.
- You can register your vote with the Company by hand, post, or online by using the following means of communication only:
- Post/by hand: Send an individual letter to: Fferm Ffactor, Cwmni Da, Cae Llenor, Caernarfon, Gwynedd LL55 2HH or by casting your vote at the S4C Pavilion at the Royal Welsh Show from Monday 18 July to 12:00 Tuesday 19 July 2011.
- Online: By visiting the Fferm Ffactor website at www.s4c.co.uk/ffermffactor or visit the official Fferm Ffactor Facebook group. (Please note you need to be at least 13 years old to use Facebook. Read Facebook Terms and Privacy Policy for more information.)
- Neither S4C nor the Company accepts any responsibility for any vote that is lost in the post or fails to be received by the Company via the stated means of communication during the Voting Period. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your vote is properly cast during the Voting Period.
- There is no limit on the number of votes each person can cast.
- Neither the Company nor S4C will under any circumstances refund any costs or expenses incurred by you for votes incorrectly cast.
- The Company and S4C reserve the right to change, cancel, or suspend the voting at any time.
- The Company and S4C reserve the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent votes have been cast or an attempt to rig the vote.
- The Company and S4C excludes any liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any person casting a vote.
- The production company shall not make any further use of the personal details of those who cast their vote.
- These rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
