The day of the Cerdd Dant Music Festival will be a busy one for S4C's main presenter from the event, Nia Roberts. She'll be working from a special studio at the Festival venue, The Riverfront, Newport and will be be doing her best to ensure viewers at home get a real taste of the range of musical performances on show.
She won't be alone, as Mari Grug and Iwan Griffiths will be bringing viewers the latest news from backstage. And this will be a new experience for one of them.
Twenty-six-year-old news reporter and presenter Iwan, from Penbarc near Cardigan, is an old hand at competing at the Cerdd Dant Festival. But this year, for the first time, he'll be presenting from the event.
"I'm looking forward to having a chat with everyone, and I'm sure there'll be a buzz there," says Iwan, who now lives in Cardiff.
"Everything will build towards the Festival's highlight which is the cerdd dant choir competition. I understand there are quite a few choirs competing this year so it should be very exciting. I'm looking forward to this new challenge."
Iwan has enjoyed a number of memorable experiences at the Festival over the years.
"One highlight was the Festival in Aberystwyth when I was a student there and the conductor of Côr Pantycelyn choir. There were a hundred people in the choir, and we won!
"I've also competed with folk dancers Dawnswyr Nantgarw, and as a member of a cerdd dant trio. There's a special atmosphere at the Festival, and it's very different to the Eisteddfod. It's more traditional, more folk-orientated."
