Lisa is a familiar face to S4C viewers as the presenter of Sioe Gelf, the weekly arts magazine programme.
Lisa is also a champion of new music as presenter of her own show on Radio Cymru.
This will be Lisa's first visit to HSBC Brecon Jazz. "I'm really looking forward to a weekend chock full of music! Friends who have been at the Festival in previous years have told me that it has a very special atmosphere," she says.
And the highlight for Lisa this year? "Joan Armatrading, without a doubt. I have huge respect for her as a performer and a composer. Also Cleo Laine and John Dankworth – I saw them performing on Later with Jools Holland, it's difficult to believe that they're eighty years old, still performing and still looking so glamorous!"
As she is not yet that familiar with the jazz scene, Lisa's intention at Brecon is to learn more about the music and the artists, and through that share her experience with the audience.
