I called the Planed Plant office to ask for some help, because I knew just what was wrong - I'd run out of petrol! How embarassing!

The show looked like a LOT of fun, and I got to stay at Mel's farm out in the wilds - it was BRILLIANT! So many animals, and we went out to check on them in the niddle of a storm, crazy!

I was driving home on Sunday when I realised the roads were flooded, and I didn't have ANY battery left, so I got a tiny bit lost, with only feilds around me and no-one to ask where I was going!

But I got home in the end, after a pretty cool weekend!

It was a great game - and, everyone says that "they had great seats", but this yime it was true, we had BRILLIANT seats! We were right by the tunnel and Sir Alex walked right past me, so it was a great night!

Manchester is really cold though, maybe that's why Ronaldo wanted to leave, to move to sunny Spain!

Anyway I had a brilliant night, and I'm back for Be Nesa tonight - I wonder if someone will win the PS3 today?

Yesterday's programme was brilliant. Mel didn't have an idea that we were going to show a clip of her best bits, and she didn't know about the cake at the end either!! The look on her face was fab! If you want to see the clip again remember to have a look on the website.

I hope you remember that it’s Meleri’s last day tomorrow. I’m really sad to see her go. I’ve had so much fun with her and become great friends. But tomorrow is extra special because not only is it Meleri’s last day it’s also her birthaday! I hope you all enjoyed Mel and mine's game of golf on the show yesterday!I've been watching the Ryder Cup golf all weekend, and I was so amazed with how good the teams played. It'll be a quiet week for me this week though, but Cardiff are playing Swansea tonight... I wonder what the score will be? I'm thinking it'll be a draw.

But the sad news is I've just had a massive phone bill - I don't talk that much do I? I'm really angry, I think there must be a mistake somehow - I'm off to be inspector Geraint now, wish me luck!

We were 4-0 up in the first half, but by the time we turned around it was 4-4- - we really needed another goal... out top striker got the ball in the back of the net TWICE after that to win 6-4...

So, school on Monday - but I'm off to London to see The Sound of Music this weekend, it's a long story! I'll just say, have a great weekend, before the alarm clock goes off on Monday morning, brrrrr!! Nooo!

Oh yes, I've been really busy - having fun with my friends, and withj you guys at the Eisteddfod and the Royal Welsh, and beating you all at Pry-Bop!

Also, I went to see Man Utd at Wembley playing Portsmout in the Charity Sheild - the game wasn't great, but the atmosphere was superb! Seeing Utd score penalties reminds me of them beating Chealsea oin the European Cup final, hah!

I went up to Edinburgh to see some of my friends in a play, and also to the V festival - but I'M NOW ILL after all that exitement, so some sympathy please... hello? Sympathy please?! Aaah, that's better!

I'm off up to North Wales for Nain's 80th birthday party, and then off to the Faenol Festival, brill! Hope you enjoy the rest of the holidays!

I'm playing football tonight, so that will help me get through till Friday. I hope your teachers aren't giving you too much work, if they doo, tell them Geraint says "No!"

So really yesterday I did nothing. Lazy but PRICELESS!

And if you saw Mel’s trick on me, you’ll be glad to know that I have cleaned my flat, which I hated doing. What I need is a cleaner so if anyone is interested let me now. Also are fish joke went down a storm in the office, so I feel a come back from the office staff soon, so we’ll have to watch are backs for the next couple of weeks.

I’m also loving all the messages on the message board, so keep the coming, we’ve had loads over the Easter and we do read them all but obviously don’t have time to read them all out, but it might be you next time.

Anyway, in all seriousness I am very worried about the race. Thinking about running 13 miles is giving me nightmares, but I think the only thing to do is keep running and hope I get through it all. Why oh why did I agree to run half a Marathon. I need my head examined!

That was my exact reaction after the match. Loved it. Who knows if we beat Scotland on Saturday we could even go on to win the competition. I was also celebrating my birthday on Saturday so it was a double whammy after the win.

I had 30 people sat around the telly in my flat, and a few of them were English so we had great fun, pulling their legs after they lost. Who would have thought a welsh victory. Yippeee!

But, never fear, because Geraint’s here, with some good news about 2008. For starters it’s my Birthday in a month. YEY! The Eisteddfod is in Cardiff this year. YEY!! Manu Utd WILL Win the Premiership and the Champions League??? (Well, I hope). And this summer there’s no need to move from your sofa because the Football European Championships are on, as are the Olympic Games in Beijing. WOOOOHOOO!!

And I’ve also got an interesting fact for you, it’s 50 years since Wales qualified for the Football World Cup in Sweden in 1958, were they lost to Brazil 1 – 0 in the Quarter Finals.

Unfortunately Wales won’t be competing in this year’s European Championships, but you never know they might qualify some day…

So, all that’s left to say is Goodbye 2007 and a MASSIVE hello too 2008 and all the glorious Sporting activities!

So lots of presents for me. Yey! I’m hoping this year that Santa will bring me a new TV for my bedroom, but whether i deserve one is another matter. As you can see/read I’m well excited about Christmas so roll on Christmas Day and lets hope Santa comes by my house!!

I’m also hoping to buy myself some early Christmas prezzies but don’t tell my boss that’s what I’m doing. Lol!

No, only joking, but it will be nice to have some new clothes for Christmas and the New Year.

I’m also hoping that the festive spirit will be in full flow in town today and that festive spirit will pass on into me, and that Christmas officially starts form today. YEY!

I know it’s a bit early but I don’t mind, I love it.

Santa Claus and Christmas I’m ready, bring it on!

We had Alex Jones in as a guest, and while she was chatting in are office, we nipped down the road to her house and stole (borrowed) her sofa for the day.

When she came into the studio she didn’t have a clue it was hers, just mentioned she had the same one.

But later on in the show when we revealed it was actually her sofa, her face was a picture.

Yesterday got better and better as Man Utd beat Sporting Lisbon 2 – 1 last night with a late winner from Cristiano Ronaldo, it was a super goal as well.

And Arsenal also lost to Sevilla which is great because I hate Arsenal and it gives me more ammunition for next week when Dylan Ebenezer the die hard Arsenal fan comes in to the studio.

I didn’t get to watch the football last night because I went to a Kayne West concert in the CIA in Cardiff.

The place was rammed with people and it was a great show and Kayne West was amazing, such a good performer.

So when I finally got to my bed last night, it was more than needed.

Well done Wales last night and well done Croatia.

I was one happy chappy last night.

And I really feel for Steve McClaren. NOT!

England play Croatia.

And if England manage a draw tonight they will Qualify for the European Championships.

Now, England are fortunate to be in this situation, because they needed Israel to beat Russia on Saturday, which somehow managed to happen and has now put England’s fate in their own hands.

Now, some of you might support England, but I don’t mainly due to the stick I get from my mates who live in England.

But I must admit we both look stupid sat in the office in are costumes.

I’m sure everyone else are just jealous of are new clothes.....Maybe not…!

Tara Bethan is joining us in the studio today.

She’s are second guest so it will still be strange to have someone in the studio with us.

But I’m sure we’ll have lots of fun like we did with Sarra Elgan.

I’ve decided to have a quiet weekend because we’ve had a long week and I had an extremely busy weekend last week and I have the beginnings of a cold.

So a quiet weekend is highly needed.

But after mentioning the above, I do have to finish off my Christmas shopping, yes that’s right finish my Christmas shopping, I only have my brother to buy for and that should be a doddle.

I’ve never ever been so organised with my Christmas shopping before but I must admit it should be a great feeling come Saturday night when it’s all done and dusted.

Also this weekend, the same as every other weekend, I will have an eye on all the sports news.

Man Utd my team, conceded a late goal against Arsenal last weekend to draw 2 – 2, I was gutted.

So in hope United manage a win against Blackburn this weekend.

I’ll be watching with my mates and then I’ll head off to my Mum’s for a late afternoon Sunday Roast.

We always tend to have a late Sunday dinner so that we can all have a lie in, in the morning.

Next week Tara Bethan is on the show and we will be playing are new game Ble Ma’r Bwti for the first time, and after a relaxing weekend I’ll be more than ready for Monday mornin,g unlike last Monday when all I wanted was my bed!

Having a guest in the studio gave the program a totally different vibe, which will be lovely to have once a week.

But for you who didn’t watch (How dare you!) we had a lovely chat and Sarra spoke of the time when she met Simon Callow and Uri Geller.

Also, in the studio yesterday we had S4C’s most famous GAC/WAG, Anji B.

I must admit I find her totally hilarious, even thought she’s out of order at times, I’m sure she’s only joking.

But I am going to have to tell her one day that Rhyl FC are RUBBISH and she shouldn’t brag about her husband playing for them.

If I’m honest I'm not sure if she knows what a football looks like.

Lol!

But after saying that, I’m sure she wouldn’t listen to me and she’d turn around and give me a mouthfull!

Yesterday morning I also went for a haircut, I don’t enjoy having my haircut at all, I prefer my hair long n messy but not to worry, imp sure it will grow back!

So as you can imagine yesterday was a pretty busy day.

But back to today, it’s just me and Meleri in the Studio, but we have got a great show lined up, including Peirianhygoel and Sgorio Bach.

One reason was so Meleri can see all the new attractions, and secondly to advertise the new programs, and yes once again with are loud speaker.

So imagine the scene.

Me and Meleri on a big, red double decker, with an open top shouting at everyone we saw.

Everyone on the bus were over the moon, except for the tour guide, he wasn’t best pleased that we’d stolen his lime light.

Sorry!

But a certain group of New Zealand Rugby fans were over the moon to see us, and even helped us with our filming, and because they had so much fun, they gave Meleri a small New Zealand Teddy and a New Zealand Keyring for myself.

An excellent little gift to keep for are memory of the day.

So thank you boys.

Then came the morning, now this morning was going to be a first. It was the day where i had to put make up on. There i was in my bedroom PUTTING MAKE UP ON. If only my friends could see me, I'd never live it down, but thankfully there's no photo. Ohh no, wait.. There is, isn't there. AHHH!

After applying my glorious make up the real fun began. We went ten pin bowling, played the Nintendo Wii, went to the cinema and visited the Millenium Stadium, which is where i will be making my Welsh Football debut very soon, if the team continue there awful form. Sort it our boys. But apart from that we had an amazing morning.

Dinner time came, and it was time for Meleri to join the fun. We had some food and ice cream and then got on with the real work. Well you could call it work, i'd call it havoc and great fun. Are brief for the afternoon was to advertise all of are programs. To do this we got given some costumes and a megaphone and of course a camera crew following are very move. So off we went, shouting down the megaphone so everybody in Cardiff could here us. We also terrorised a few people who really really didn't want to talk to us, but never mind, at least they knew when Stamina was starting.

Next came the costumes, are lovely producers wanted us to dress up as Flamenco dancers and DANCE, YES DANCE IN CARDIFF CITY CENTRE. Please remember I cannot dance, but off we went and i must admit i had a ball, and a kind man gave us 20 pence. We were over the moon. I think he was paying us to leave but never mind. And leave we did, happily and full of laughter after a crazy crazy day.
