Ifor ap Glyn is in Llangollen showing an archive film called 'Cae Felin Laundry'. To make a new film about the area Elin Jones talks to her mother and grandmother who used to work in the laundry, and comes to realise how doing the laundry has changed over the years.
Senghenydd
Ifor ap Glyn is in Senghenydd to show the local residents a film called 'Senghenydd: Portrait of a Mining Town'. To create a new film about the area, Ifor follows Helen Price as she traces the history of her grandmother's brother who was killed in the 1913 mining disaster.
Llŷn ac Eifionydd
Ifor ap Glyn will be in the Llŷn and Eifionydd area this week showing an archive film called 'Yr Etifeddiaeth' (Heritage) to a group of local residents. To create a new film on this theme, Ifor will be asking Natacha Roberts, who recently moved to Porthmadog from Bangkok, to contemplate what heritage means to her.
