Whilst the Planning Department schedules S4C's programmes the Presentation Department is responsible for scheduling all other aspects of the service which appears on screen such as promos, adverts and links etc.and preparing regular weather bulletins. The Department is responsible for maintaining an uninterrupted broadcast service on Analogue and Digital and for the presentation in its entirety during transmission. This Department deals with final programme durations, information about outside broadcasts, receipt of programme as delivered forms (PAC a) etc.
