REVIEW OF TERMS OF TRADE 2005/2006

S4C and TAC have recently reviewed the Terms of Trade. The table outlines the headings discussed and details of the review’s outcomes. The changes in the Terms of Trade will be back dated and will take effect from 1 November 2003. The clip fees will be operational in budgets approved from 1 August 2006. The Terms of Trade, the General Terms and the Licence collectively will be simplified, and the new documents will be available on 30 August 2006.
