CHILDREN'S TENDER - ADDITIONAL NOTES

On 31st January 2007 S4C issued an invitation to tender for the production of ‘Presentation Links for S4C Children’s Programmes’.
Section 2.3 Transmission pattern notes that the current provision for pre school children is transmitted live each week day. Please note that these links are pre recorded and transmitted as live. Only a few links every year are transmitted live.
Appendix F of the Invitation to Tender stated that S4C would publish a draft contract (“the Draft Contract”) today, 1st March 2007. The Draft Contract will be available on this site on Monday the 5th March 2007. .
Please note the following additions to Appendix F of the Invitation to Tender:
1. S4C is not bound to accept all of the elements of a successful bid. It may accept elements of one or more bids. By submitting your bid you are agreeing to this.
2. S4C may require a successful bidder or bidders to enter into a separate agreement or agreements in relation to any new media applications or other supplementary services which it commissions as a result of this tender process. Such agreement(s) will be in addition to the Draft Contract. By submitting your bid you are agreeing to this.
In all other respects the Invitation to Tender remains unaltered
