Basic voiceover facilities are available, Any other requirements would need to be discussed. If you intend situating the live commentary unit at S4C please note any assumptions in your submission.

When exactly? Which game/programme will be the first for the new service?
Answer 2
We would like to start as soon as possible but will depend on what is practical. Please note any assumptions regarding the start date in your submission.
