As a result of the reduction in the number of staff at S4C and the need to make financial savings, we are reviewing the use that is currently being made of our buildings in Llanishen. The obvious option is to offer spare office space to independent producers and other organisations. With this in view someone on behalf of S4C will be in contact to find out if you have any interest in renting office space.
It is possible that the bottom floor of S4Cís offices, which measures 12,000 square feet, will be available. We are also looking at the potential of renting out the old S4C International offices which comprise 5,000 square feet and a further 10,000 square feet in the building behind the main S4C building.
The space will be available for a period of between three and five years.
