CROSS-PLATFORM PROJECT
A Special Opportunity for Digital Companies
Pobol y Cwm is one of the most popular series on S4C and in autumn 2012 BBC Wales will be producing a cross-platform project to attract a new, young audience to the brand.
This innovative cross-platform Pobol y Cwm project is an opportunity for S4C and BBC to work together to extend the brand and develop a new approach to storytelling.
To support S4C’s digital ambition and launch the new Digital Fund in August 2012, S4C is offering a special opportunity for companies or individuals working in digital media to become part of the project.
This collaboration will enable digital pioneers to work alongside the experienced Pobol y Cwm production team on the project ‘PYC’. Working together will help develop the skills and talent necessary to fulfill S4C’s new digital ambition.
The cross-platform project 'PYC' includes: Webisodes, Live Event, Web Community, Digital Games, Social Media and Local Services all over Wales. Candidates are required to outline how they can contribute creatively and technically to the project to ensure success of the initiative and appeal to a new audience.
The budget is tight so if any additional funding can be accessed, all the better.
