He is now Managing Director of his own company.
He also raises money for a number of charities throughout the year such as Multiple Sclerosis, Childline and the Ray Gravell charity

Paramedic to the Ambulance Service. Helped save his father’s life after he had a heart attack. Through his work, he was also awarded the Royal Humane Society for climbing down a cliff and swimming towards a woman who had fallen into the sea at night to try to save her life
Played for Cardigan’s first rugby XV and was captain of their youth team
Won a Welsh Youth Vest for Heavyweight boxing and won the Heavyweight Novice Championship in the Royal Marines
Has succeeded in completing two Ironman races and many triathlons
Has run 10 marathons and his personal best is 3hrs 49mins
An accomplished swimmer, he often swims from Aberporth to Mwnt - a 10km swim

Previously employed within the armed services and left following a tour of Bosnia in 1995. Conducted many different and varied training courses including the jungles of Brunei
Cardiff City FC, 2006-7 Championship season, provided support to all first team players and staff, travelling with team to all matches. Also worked with the Academy staff and young apprentice footballers for two seasons
Sport Psychologist for Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby since March 2008, attended Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games, reaching the semi-finals. Presently preparing for the World Championships in Vancouver 2010. Provided support to staff and athletes at all UK training camps and all overseas international tournaments including Australia, America, Brazil and Canada to date
Ross is working with a promising Welsh amateur boxer since Dec 2008, preparing for Welsh and GB ABA finals
