He'll have some interesting tales to tell, as well as refereeing a short bout between two up and coming young boxers. The names Iestyn Harrett and Eleanor Thorogood are certainly two to take note of for the future. The two young triathalon athletes join Holly to talk about their careers to date and their aspirations for the future, and of course for a round of Grand Slam. Hannah is busy treading water as she joins an Octopush session in Ammanford. All this and more in today's episode of Stamina!
The competition starts in earnest at top of the Garw Valley. In today's programme the two teams will have to build a rafft then steer it across a lake through a number of obstacles, all this against the clock. The competition moves down the valley where the teams compete against each other in a relay race on mountain bikes, but will a mistake by a member of the South team prove costly?
Among the special guests on tonight's panel show are TV presenter Sarra Elgan, Cardiff Blues player Nicky Robinson and former Ospreys coach Lyn Jones. Jonathan Davies and Eleri Siôn will be keeping a close eye on the two team captains - Robert Jones (Nigel Owens is on match duty this week) and Rowland Phillips - as their teams go head-to-head in a series of fun and entertaining mental and physical challenges. Which team will come out on top this week?
