David Guest is 17-years-old and is a decathlete.
He started his career when he was nine and enjoys training for the ten events involved in the sport – from the javelin to the long jump.
In 2007 David broke the record for the Welsh under 17 hurdles over 100m. He competed in the 2009 European Athletics Junior Championships in Serbia and hopes to represent Wales in the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
