Dewi Rhys Griffiths is 17-years-old and comes from Carmarthenshire.
He's a member of the Carmarthen Harriers athletics club and competes in the 5000m and 10,000m. In 2009, Dewi tasted success in the Welsh Schools’ National Cross Country Championships.
He also came second in the Welsh Cross Country Championships.
