Lianne Clarke from Cowbridge is 22-years-old and her speciality is the javelin.
She's a member of Cardiff Amateur Athletics Club and represented Britain in the 2009 European Athletics Under 23 Championships in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Lianne is also interested in karate, and has won her black belt.
