How is this referee fit to ref such an important game? he was shocking from start to finish. Im pleased everyone can now see what a shocking penalty decision that was! He should never ref a game again

The defender set himself up by being so clumsy, had it occurred anywhere else on the field the ref would have awarded Hayes the ball so the decision was a no-brainer. Baker did very well to remain composed during the farce that ensued - what will be the FAW's punishment for the abuse at the time and after the game? Judging by CH's get-up at the game perhaps they should make him wear a hair net, curlers, a bra and suspenders in the dug-out for the next three matches?
Interesting too that although refs tend to insist in little details like the ball being in the arc at a corner, the indirect free kick Airbus equalised from hardly moved before being struck - it should have been taken again as the laws clearly state the ball must travel by at least its own circumference before it can be played again - that's around a metre.

The Referee was only a couple of yards away and perfectly positioned to see the foul being committed. If it happened at the other end to one of your forwards and you hadn't got the penalty, your manager would have been entitled to his outrage. As it is 'sour grapes'
