Sam RickettsSam Ricketts is out of Wales' friendly match with Estonia on Friday night because of a back injury.

And the Hull City defender is a major doubt for the trip to Azerbaijan for the World Cup qualifyng match on 6 June.

Sheffield United striker, David Cotterill, has already been ruled out of the matches after suffering an injury whilst playing in the Championship play-off final over the weekend.

And it seems unlikely that Wolves midfielder, David Edwards, will face Estonia at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli having suffered from a virus during the week.

The squad met up in Cardiff on Tuesday with the three new faces, midfielders Joe Allen of Swansea and Leicester City's Andy King as well as Reading striker, Simon Church joining the squad for the first time.

The trio are expected to win their first caps in the match against Estonia at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli on Friday 29 May before Toshack reduces his 22-man squad by two players for the match in Baku on 6 June.

The captain, Craig Bellamy, Simon Davies and James Collins, will miss both matches because of injury, as does Jason Koumas who will be undergoing sergery on a hip injury.

But there is good news about West Ham youngster, Jack Collison, who returns to the squad after missing the matches against Finland and Germany because of a knee injury.

Peterborough defender, Craig Morgan, also returns to the squad following a toe injury.
