This Invitation To Tender ("ITT") invites tenders from persons/organisations interested in providing a television listings and editorial publication service to S4C as more particularly described in this ITT and the draft contract set out in the appendix to this ITT ("Draft Contract").
Question 1:
Can you tell me how many pages and what size?
Answer 1:
We are not specifying the number of pages in this tender; applicants should make their own proposals as part of their bid. However, there should be sufficient pagination to contain full listings and feature coverage as outlined in the tender document.
Question 2:
The value mentioned (in the tender) – is this for the whole term of the contract?
Answer 2:
Yes, it should not exceed £270,00 over the three years.
Question 3:
Do you have a preferred format for receiving proofs via IT? i.e web link or page turner?
Answer 3:
The proofs for the printed magazine could be saved as one PDF and emailed to S4C for approval, alternatively the PDF could be uploaded to a viewing page of a website. The proofs for the web pages should be made available via a viewing page of a website.
