S4C is looking to appoint a suitable company to project manage the Cyw Christmas tour from conception to completion.

We will consider the submissions on an individual basis and the rational behind the chosen venues.
Do you still have a contract with Sain (or others) to sell merchandise? If so, would you be able to explain the relationship please, so we can include the correct information. Or if there is no agreement, is there an option for the company to tender to manage / sell / profit from the merchandise?
Sain has a contract to sell Cyw merchandise. This contract comes to an end on 30 June this year and we are in the process of reviewing our plans to profit on the Cyw brand after this. It isn’t possible to confirm any further information at this time.
S4C wishes to apoint a complany to advise, plan, book and review media campaigns promoting S4C programmes and services.

Hughes a'i Fab is a publishing company formed in Wrexham in 1824 and has been under the ownership of S4C since 1984. Over the years, it has published a vast array of musical and literary works and whilst it does not, at present, publish any new works, its catalogue of published works remains in use and available for exploitation. This includes the published sheet music, which S4C wishes to remain available for use and in active distribution. S4C therefore intends to offer a new licence to exercise the reproduction and distribution rights in the published sheet music and invites applications from those with an interest in doing so. Further details are included in the attached Invitation to Tender.

A: Over the last 6 years, the average yearly sales figures were c£1700. The total sales for 4 of the 6 years ranged between £1500 and £1800. The exact sales figures are commercially confidential.

A: Membership of the Association of Welsh translators and interpreters (or similar association) is a desirable but not essential criterion whilst considering the applicant’s experience and qualifications. We shall also consider:
Experience and qualifications of the applicant and of any named key personnel;
Names of other clients and range of work carried out for them;
The ability to undertake the work at short notice.
Tender for Provision of Translation Services:
Following an open tender process, S4C has appointed Cymen Cyf, Prysg Cyf, Trosol Cyf, Ewrolingo Cyf and Nerys Hurford Cyf on framework agreements to provide translation services to S4C for the next two years.
