Additional Information: Dylan is a cooking student at Llandrillo College.
He has also been working at the Waterloo Hotel, Betws-y-Coed for a few years.
For the first round, Dylan prepared fresh pasta stuffed with monkfish with a balsamic glaze, tomato salsa and asparagus.
Dylan also enjoys fishing and playing football.
After some masterclasses the twelve had a bit of a shock - a challenge to create Sea bass with a salsa
Unfortunatley Dylan was not successful and his journey to Tigh Dudley was over.
