Additional Information: Elin has been very fond of cooking since she completed an A level in home economics when she was at school.
She enjoys cooking all kinds of food and her favourite chefs are those who keep to the traditional style of cooking using home produce, such as Angela Gray, Rachel Allen and Mary Berry.
A restaurant close to home, Mulberry St in Llandaff is her favourite place to eat.Lamb fried with chilli and lime or lemon cake is listed as her favourite recipes.
Cooking is only one of Elin's many pastimes as she also competes as a member of CF1 choir and teaches folk dancing to the pupils at school.

After some masterclasses the twelve had a bit of a shock - a challenge to create Sea bass with a salsa.
Elin was successful and a step closer to Tigh Dudley!

After some wine tasting with Arwel Owen from Gwinology it was time for the big challenge - cook their signiature dish.
Elin prepared Duck with Colcannon, parsnip crisps with a port and rhubarb sauce .
A perfect wine to accompany this dish would be Chianti Classico from Italy.
