Additional Information: Italian and Spanish foods are Stephanie's favourites and she also has a very sweet tooth.

Her favourite recipe is Spaghetti Bolognaise.

She is currently a culinary student at Yale College, Wrexham and enjoys working with chocolate and cooking puddings.

The chef she most admires is Gordon Ramsey and her favourite restaurant is the Eastern Sheriton in Wrexham.

Stephanie's hobbies also include scuba diving and listening to music.

After some masterclasses the twelve had a bit of a shock - a challenge to create Sea bass with a salsa.

Steph was successful and a step closer to Tigh Dudley!

After some wine tasting with Arwel Owen from Gwinology it was time for the big challenge - cook their signiature dish.

Stephanie prepared Welsh Porter Lamb.

A perfect wine to accompany this dish would be a Margaux from France.

The challenge was to create a dish with ingredients within fifty miles from Kinsale.

Duck, champ or colcannon and a sauce of their own choice.

Under the watchful eyes of Carole Norman and Leona Robinson from the Crackpots restaurant in Kinsale Steph was succesfull and a step closer to the final.

The challenge was to create breakfast and Steph was paired with Ian Williams.

A full Irish breakfast and Peter Maypother from Blue Haven Hotel in Kinsale was pleased.

But their plate was not good enough and Steph faced another challenge.

A trip to Fishy Fishy and after being shown how to prpeare a skate with a cream and crab sauce by Martin Shannahan it was Steph's go.

Steph was succesful and a step closer to the final.

A trip to Woodcock smokery and a challenge back in the Tigh to create 3 plates of smoked food.

Steph was paired with Miriam and created the best plates of the challenge, Steph is a step closer to the final.

After a spicy dish the previous night Steph had to face the Tigh Dudley kitchen once more. The challenge starts out as a team challenge but as allways, Dudley and his tricks and the team challenge became an individual one.

The task was to create a spicy dish and Steph prepeared a Sweet Chilly Chicken.

Steph was succesful and again a step closer to the final!

Facing Steph one of the hardest challenges of the series - A dish from Taste! Steph was unsuccesfull and here journey in Tigh Dudley is over.
