Additional Information: Wayne enjoys cooking at home for his family and friends and enjoys food which is rich in flavour.
His favourite recipe is beef in a black pepper sauce with dauphinoise potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables.
He enjoys watching and learning from a variety of cooking programmes and finds it difficult to name a single favourite restaurant mentioning Gardd y Nos, Aberporth; Y Pot Klin, Newbury; Brasserie, Cardiff and the Melrose in Cardigan.
Wayne is a keen rugby supporter and also turns his hand to a little golf.
He has also contributed a significant amount of time to raising money for various charities.
Wayne DelveProgramme One
After some masterclasses the twelve had a bit of a shock, a challenge to create Sea bass with a salsa.
Wayne was successful and a step closer to Tigh Dudley!
Wayne DelveProgramme Two
After some wine tasting with Arwel Owen from Gwinology it was time for the big challenge - cook their signiature dish.
Wayne prepared Fillet of Welsh beef, Dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal asparagus, balsamic tomatoes and a black pepper sauce.
A perfect wine to accompany this dish would be a Zinfandel from America.

Wayne DelveProgramme Three
The challenge was to create a dish with ingredients within fifty miles from Kinsale.
Duck, champ or colcannon and a sauce of their own choice.
Under the watchful eyes of Carole Norman and Leona Robinson from the Crackpots restaurant in Kinsale Wayne was succesfull and a step closer to the final.
Wayne DelveProgramme Four
The challenge was to create breakfast and Wayne was put in a team with Ian Hughes and Helen.
A full Irish breakfast and Peter Maypother from Blue Haven Hotel in Kinsale was pleased.
But their plate was not good enough and Wayne faced another challenge.
A trip to Fishy Fishy and after being shown how to prpeare a skate with a cream and crab sauce by Martin Shannahan it was Wayne's go.
Wayne was succesful and a step closer to the final.
Wayne DelveProgramme Five
A trip to Woodcock smokery and a challenge back in the Tigh to create 3 plates of smoked food.
Wayne was paired with Ian and created the worse plates of the challenge, so another task awaited!
Kevin Dundon was judging and the challenge was to create a soufflé Wayne was succesful and he is a step closer to the final.
Wayne DelveProgramme Six
After a spicy dish the previous night Wayne had to face the Tigh Dudley kitchen once more. The challenge starts out as a team challenge but as allways, Dudley and his tricks and the team challenge became an individual one.
The task was to create a spicy dish and Wayne prpeared a Lamb Curry.
Wayne was succesful and again a step closer to the final!Facing Wayne one of the hardest challenges of the series - A dish from Taste! Wayne was succesfull and he is one of the three finalists!
Wayne DelveProgramme Seven
The grand final and Wayne prepared Garlic mushrooms with Guryere and Pandano cheese, Lamb with champ and a port and red currant sauce and a summer Tiramisu as dessert.
Wayne's menu pleased the judges and he is crowned Tigh Dudley champion 2009! Congratulations!
