Bryn Williams Judge

In the last ten years Bryn Williams has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in Europe and worked with some of the best chefs in the world.

In 1997 he started to work under Marco Pierre White at the 'Criterion' before moving on to Le Gavroche to work under Michael Roux for three years.

He was a senior sous chef for four years at the ‘Orrery’ before leaving 'Galvin at Windows' to open Odette's.

Bryn has not stopped since appearing as a judge last year. He is a familiar face on Saturday Kitchen and has taken part in the biggest restaurant show in London – Taste of London. His restaurant, Odette's, has also been placed as the 63rd best restaurant in Britain.
