The final is here and Wayne, Miriam and Helen face one more challenge, but first they go on a trip to Cork Market to collect the ingredients for the three courses they'll be preparing.

Miriam's meal will be scallops with a Thai sauce, Lamb with rosemary and shortbread with balsamic vinegar.

Wayne's going for mushrooms, lamb and a summer tiramisu.

Helen decided to go with a prawn cocktail, a traditional Irish pie and a surprise as a dessert.

Dudley also had a surprise for the competitors.

Once the three presented their first courses to Rob Kenny the chef from Ballinacurra, the three faced Dudley and Helen was kicked out after the starter.

Wayne and Miriam were left to continue in the kitchen.

They presented their dishes to the judge, Eamonn O'Cathain, and another surprise judge, Bryn Williams.

The two were very pleased with the standard but there can only be one winner.
