Llys-y-Gwynt, in the Swansea Valley does have a few stairs as it is a dormer bungalow, but its owners Tom and Jean Rees are as happy as can be with their self-built home. Step inside this cosy home and you are stepping back in time to the heyday of bungalow building - the 1960s and 1970s. Completed in 1968, Tom and Jean were so pleased with the result that hardly anything has been changed since.
