Stepping back in time
Ifan Jones Evans is set to embark on a new historic challenge in the series Y Goets Fawr (The Mail Coach) as he attempts to retrace the routes of the old Irish Mail in a classical coach - led by teams of horses.
Along the journey, the team will visit Oswestry, Llangollen, Cerrigydrudion, Pentrefoelas, Capel Curig and Bangor before reaching the end of the line in Wales at Holyhead.
Special historic events from the 1808 period, presented by Shân Cothi and Gari Wyn, will also entertain the audience as Ifan meets communities along the way and learns more about the traditional way of life.
